UX/UI Design

I led the UI design for the BlackCloak platform, a cross-device cybersecurity app built to protect high-net-worth individuals and executives from personal digital threats. The goal was to transform complex cybersecurity tools into an intuitive, elegant interface that empowers non-technical users to actively safeguard their digital lives.

Designing for trust and clarity was at the heart of this project. I developed a clean, modern UI that clearly communicates protection status and empowers users to manage advanced security features with confidence. The experience needed to feel personalized yet enterprise-grade — balancing utility with a sense of reassurance.

Designing for Peace of Mind

The redesigned app helped BlackCloak position itself as a user-first cybersecurity solution in a crowded market. By improving clarity, usability, and visual design, the platform saw increased engagement among high-profile users and stronger adoption of advanced protective features like identity verification and VPN usage.

In addition to designing the core UI, I was responsible for ensuring the BlackCloak platform delivered a consistent and intuitive experience across desktop and mobile devices. Given the sensitive nature of cybersecurity and the high expectations of executive users, it was critical that the interface not only looked polished but functioned seamlessly regardless of screen size or context. This required building responsive layouts, adapting interactive elements for touch, and maintaining visual and functional consistency across platforms. The success of this initiative showcased my ability to think holistically about product design and create cohesive experiences that meet user needs wherever they interact with the app.
